How do I subscribe to eufy cloud backup for my eufySecurity devices?

How do I update my payment method for my eufy cloud subscription?
Currently, the eufySecurity app and the web portal do not support updating payment methods, such as using a different credit card. If you would like to update your payment method, please choose from one of the following methods.
- Please wait for the current cloud subscription to expire and then use a new credit card as the payment method to subscribe to cloud backup again.
- Please manually cancel the current cloud subscription and contact eufy support to inform us of the cancellation, then use a new credit card as the payment method to subscribe to cloud backup again.
How to cancel the cloud backup?
The cloud Backup cannot be canceled directly by users now. To cancel your cloud backup, please contact us and provide us with the serial number of the camera for which you want to cancel the cloud backup.
If your cloud service was subscribed via Apple/Google Pay, it is recommended to contact Apple/Google Pay for the cancelation and refund.
If you cancel the monthly subscription, the subscription will no longer be automatically renewed, however, the monthly fee will not be refunded. If you cancel the annual subscription, the monthly fee will be deducted and the remaining fee will be refunded. Please contact us for refund-related issues.
