Why can't I receive push notifications?

Compatible with:
Floodlight Cam E340, Indoor Cam S350
- Allow the eufy Security app to access your phone's notifications via your phone's settings.
- Check if your camera is in snooze mode via the home page.
- Enable Push Notifications in your selected security mode via Security > Home/Away > Home/Away Settings > Push Notifications.
- Select at least one notification type in your camera settings. Go to Settings > Notification Settings to check.
- Check if you've enabled motion or sound detection via Camera Settings > Detection Settings.
- Ensure the area you want to detected is within the camera's viewing area, less than 26 ft (8 m) away.
- Turn up the detection sensitivity.
- Remove the camera from the eufy Security app and add it again.
