Troubleshooting Camera Updates

Compatible with:
Indoor Cam S350, Floodlight Cam E340
- Check if your Wi-Fi network has a strong signal.
- Ensure the signal between the camera and router is strong.
- Check the camera's LED status.
- If alternately flashing red and blue, the camera is updating. Wait about 5 minutes and check the camera status again.
- If off, press the camera's SYNC button.
- If none of the above steps work, contact eufy Support.
