If your eufyCam S3 Pro has a weak or no signal, please try the following troubleshooting steps to solve the issue:
- Try moving your HomeBase 3 closer to the camera, if possible.
- Ensure your HomeBase 3 is placed in an open area in your home.
Note: In most cases, the HomeBase 3 can easily cover a house up to 3,000ft². However, please note that the actual range will vary depending on several factors such as the thickness of walls, obstacles inside the house, and the location of the HomeBase 3.
