How do I restart my HomeBase?

To restart your HomeBase, please follow the steps below:

  1. Open the app and go to HomeBase Settings > select Restart Device.
  2. While the Ethernet cable is connected to the HomeBase, simply unplug the power adapter from the HomeBase and then plug the power adapter into the HomeBase again.
