4G LTE Cam S330 - Troubleshooting

If you heard
"Please insert the SIM card."
"Your SIM card is locked with a PIN/PUK, please disable it."
"Failed to connect to the network"
"Setup was failed"
"Please insert the SIM card."
- Check if the SIM card is inserted correctly.
- Remove the SIM card and insert it again.
"Your SIM card is locked with a PIN/PUK, please disable it."
- Please insert the SIM card into a mobile phone and remove the PIN requirement from the SIM card or enter the PUK to unblock the SIM card before use.
"Failed to connect to the network"
- Your carrier may require you to enter APN information. Click here to set an APN.
- Make sure your SIM card is activated and receives a signal.(The 100M data for the first activation is available for one week)
- Check the balance on the SIM card.
- Please try Wi-Fi Binding if the 4G network signal strength is too weak.
- Please send your SIM card's ICCID information to our customer service for more help.
"Setup was failed"
- Press the SYNC button for 4 seconds to reactivate the camera.
- Press SYNC 5 times to turn off the camera and retry.
