Failed to bind a device using Bluetooth?

a. make sure you press and hold the button for 2 seconds and the device flashes white 3 times.
b. Make sure your mobile network is working properly.
c. Make sure your phone's Bluetooth is turned on and within Bluetooth range.
d. Make sure your device is close to your phone.
