What Should I Do if My XF/XFi Can Not Be Charged?

If your carpet & upholstery cleaner is not charging, please try the following troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.

1) Try using another wall outlet, charging cable, and charger. Sometimes, the issue can be as simple as a faulty wall outlet or charging cable.

2) Check the charging port on the machine to see if it is deformed or damaged in any way.

3) Check the machine's LED indicator panel after plugging in a charging cable. If the red LED light stays on for 10 seconds, it indicates the machine has malfunctioned.
