What should I do if my HomeVac H15/H20 stopped working while vacuuming?

Modified on: Tue, 11 Nov, 2025 at 3:37 PM

This issue usually happens when the vacuum needs to be charged, the vacuum is clogged, or has an error.

  1. Fully charge the vacuum for approximately one hour until all three LED indicator lights stay on for five minutes before all three lights turn off.
  1. Confirm if the following parts need to be cleaned:

the dust cup, filter, built-in retractable crevice, suction inlet, and extension hose.

  1. Confirm if there are any warning lights on the vacuum. Please refer to the following article for detailed information regarding the LED indicator lights.

If the issue persists, please contact us and include a video showing the behavior of all three LED indicator lights.
